It supports the execution and activation of the company’s RTD portfolio across all channels. The role ensures brand standards, trade activations, and marketing initiatives are implemented effectively, contributing to brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sell-out performance.
Key/Primary Responsibilities
1. Brand Activation & Implementation
- Support the implementation of brand plans and campaigns, ensuring all activities are executed according to the approved strategy and timelines and that budgets are monitored.
- Assist in the delivery of trade promotions, in-store activations, and POS programs across outlets.
- Ensure brand toolkits and marketing materials are correctly applied in the market.
- Track execution performance and report gaps or deviations to the BU Manager for corrective action.
- Spend time in the trade to support on-ground execution and strengthen brand presence.
2. Event Management & Support
- Prepare and submit regular reports on brand execution, trade visits, event outcomes, and campaign performance.
- Maintain accurate records of trade activations, POS materials, event attendance, and relevant insights.
- Support the Brand Manager with monthly or quarterly performance dashboards.
3. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales and stock figures, brand execution, trade visits, event outcomes, campaign performance and any other reports requested.
- Maintain accurate records of trade activations, POS materials and any relevant insights
