About the Role We’re looking for a talented Motion Designer to bring ideas to life through animation, video, and dynamic visual storytelling. You’ll collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to create engaging motion content across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations

• Create animated assets for videos, social media, websites, apps, and ads

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and stakeholders from concept to delivery

• Develop storyboards, style frames, and animation concepts

• Edit video content and apply sound design when needed

• Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines

• Optimize animations for different platforms and formats

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role

• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animation work

• Proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar

• Solid understanding of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling

• Knowledge of typography, composition, and color theory

• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D animation or character animation

• Knowledge of UI/UX motion principles

• Basic sound design or video editing skills

• Familiarity with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator

• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
