Our client in the FMCG is seeking to recruit a Digital Transformation Assistant who will report to the Senior Manager Technology & Transformation.

 

This role goes beyond traditional administrative support, evolving into a strategic partner and digital change enabler - ensuring the smooth running of the executive office while also championing automation, AI, and cloud efficiency across the leadership team.  The ideal candidate willl help shape the future of how executives work: more productive, more digital, and more connected to what matters.

Responsibilities:

Digital Enablement & Efficiency:
  • Drive adoption of AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) across executive workflows.
  • Promote smart use of collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, etc.).
  • Identify repetitive processes that can be streamlined or automated.

Change Championing at Executive Level:
  • Support digital transformation initiatives by assisting other leaders in adopting new tools.
  • Organize demos, tips, and micro-trainings for improved tool usage and productivity.
  • Gather feedback from execs and help shape rollouts in collaboration with IT and Transformation teams.

Transformation Office Support:
  • Track project milestones, KPIs, and executive dashboards.
  • Coordinate with various teams to follow up on commitments related to strategic programs.
  • Support steering committee logistics and documentation.

Executive Intelligence & Insight Management:
  • Curate weekly briefs on relevant digital trends, brewing tech innovations, and internal business signals.
  • Collaborate with BI/Data teams to highlight useful insights for decision-making.
  • Act as the "radar" for external developments that impact the Tech & Transformation agenda.

Executive Support & Coordination:
  • Manage calendar, schedule, and travel arrangements with precision and proactivity.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups on actions.
  • Draft high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
 
Profile:

  • At least a diploma in Business Administration, Communications, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Certifications in executive support, project coordination, or digital tools are advantageous.
  • 5+ years in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
  • Tech-savvy with a good command of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Experience with digital tools like Power Automate, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Curious and open to learning new technologies (especially AI and automation).
  • Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable liaising with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
