Marketing
- Assisting PR & Marketing Manager in the creation and production of hotel-specific photography and videography.
- Support in research and identifying potential opportunities for the resort and brand.
- Evaluate marketing opportunities and create plans and strategies to achieve set goals.
- Assist to map, structure, and analyze online potential consumers and behavioral aspects in, but not limited to, the local market.
Marketing Communications
- Make sure that the content and images on the hotel’s website are always accurate and up-to-date, with the guidance of the PR & Marketing Manager.
- Regular audits of the hotel content on the website.
- Draft Newsflash/Newsletters to communicate about the hotel news/happenings, but not limited to, the internal group.
- Internal updates on hotel events and regular audits of hotel content on Collectively.
- Support the maintenance of the IPTV and Promo Flyers.
- Make sure that the content and images on the LUX* APP are always accurate and up-to-date.
- Implement and update all events happening in the resort on the LUX* APP.
- Ensure that appropriate departments promptly address all chat requests.
Social Media Management
- Build, develop, execute and maintain a fully integrated social media plan on a long-term basis, based on commercial objectives, aligned with the Sales & Marketing Plan, with the guidance of the PR & Marketing Manager.
- Create compelling and engaging social media content for, but not limited to all accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok.
- Boost brand awareness, assure consistent brand message, and leverage social media activity by creating visually appealing creatives and posting regularly on, but not limited to the above-mentioned channels.
- Paid advertising, post boosting and running contests for hotel channels.
- Customer care – Guests’ inbox, reviews, and comments management on hotel channels.
- Track the hotel’s social media performance and share feedback with the E-Commerce Marketing team and/or the Marketing Communication team at the Regional Headquarters.
- Keep up-to-date and identify emerging relevant social media platforms, social media trends, and/or any relevant opportunities to ensure maximum exposure for LUX* Grand Gaube.
- Monitor relevant competitors’ social media and marketing campaigns to proactively leverage marketing strategy based on current trends, and compile compelling and relevant reports.
Public Relations
- Coordinate press/influencer prior to and during visits including, but not limited to, creating itineraries, conducting site inspections, and reporting while being closely assisted by the PR & Marketing Manager.
- Review, correct, and if needed write press releases in English and French.
- Liaise with PR agencies, journalists, and other partners when needed to distribute information, additional details, answer to/review written interviews, and more.
- Hotel-specific press clippings collation for the month-end report.
