The Human Resources Officer, must be well versed with Worker's Rights Act 2019, ensuring compliance and wellbeing of staff.
Job Description:
- Work in close collaboration with the HR Team in the day-to-day management of the human resource.
- Assist in the selection and recruitment process.
- Prepare employment contracts and ensure that these are signed and acknowledged.
- Ensure that end of probation period assessments is carried out as required and on time.
- Ensure timely follow-up and validity of all expatriate-related permits (Certificate of Employment, work permits, residence permits, etc.).
- Ensure expatriate accommodations comply with all legal requirements (LAP).
- Oversee and support expatriate welfare and well-being.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for expatriates regarding grievances and conflict resolution.
- Liaise with expatriate.
- Coordinate and ensure that all the administrative duties and tasks of the department are carried out effectively.
- Any other cognate duties that benefit the position.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as an HR Officer or similar role with a hands-on experience in expatriate management
- Good knowledge of labour legislation.
- Solid communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with the Expat
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
