We are looking for an experienced and driven Area Manager to oversee the performance and operations of multiple fast-food outlets within a defined territory. This role is key to ensuring operational excellence, strong financial performance, and consistent brand standards across all locations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support the daily operations of multiple fast-food outlets within the assigned area

  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and cost control across all locations

  • Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, food safety, hygiene, and quality controls

  • Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and their teams to achieve performance targets

  • Monitor KPIs including sales, labor costs, food costs, customer satisfaction, and compliance

  • Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of management staff

  • Ensure excellent customer experience and swift resolution of operational or customer issues

  • Implement company initiatives, promotions, and operational improvements

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Area Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or similar role in the fast-food or QSR sector

  • Strong operational knowledge of high-volume food service environments

  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people-management skills

  • Solid understanding of P&L management, KPIs, and cost control

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to travel regularly between sites

  • Results-driven, hands-on, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
