  • Identify and develop new clients for import and export services (sea freight, air freight, customs clearance, transportation, warehousing, etc.).

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure consistent follow-up.

  • Prepare quotations, rate sheets, and commercial proposals based on client requirements.

  • Advise clients on import/export procedures, documentation, regulations, and transit options.

  • Negotiate rates with carriers, shipping lines, airlines, and other service providers.

  • Work closely with the operations, customs, and documentation teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor pricing, and new business opportunities.

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management.

  • Prepare and submit weekly activity reports and updated sales pipelines.

  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry expos to promote company services.
