Job Purpose:

Arcadia Travel is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth, develop strong client relationships, and promote our travel services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, results-driven, and skilled at creating personalized travel solutions for both B2C and B2B clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Present and promote Arcadia Travel’s products and services, including holiday packages, corporate travel solutions, and special offers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and initiatives to drive sales.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in travel or hospitality.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of travel products, destinations, and booking systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience in luxury travel or corporate travel sales.
  • Familiarity with GDS systems or travel software platforms.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
