                            The Receptionist/Guest Relation Officer is responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all hotel guests.  S/He creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests
                         
                        - Actively participates in the provision of excellent service to guests
 - Welcomes and greets guests in a friendly and professional manner as per the Hotel Standard
 - Answers and directs incoming calls
 - Ensures proper room allocation
 - Registers and checks guests in
 - Promotes the various facilities and services of the Hotel.
 - Confirms relevant guest informaiton
 - Verifies guest's payment method
 - Issues room keys and escort guests to their rooms
 - Listens and responds to guest queries and requests both in-person and by phone
 - Reviews accounts and charges with guests during the check-out process
 - informs housekeeping when rooms have been vacated and are ready for cleaning
 - Monitors visitors to the hotel
 - Enforces rules and policies of the Hotel
 - Maintains a neat and orderly Front Desk and Reception area.
