HFM is an internationally acclaimed multi-asset broker, delivering cutting-edge trading tools. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Reconciliation and Payment Officer to join our team. This role includes shift rotation of 8:30am - 17:00pm and 16:00pm - 00:00am.
Your role at HFM:
- Maintain bank and payment service providers reconciliation monthly.
- Report daily balances of the company and highlight exposure on time.
- Post all transactions into the system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Payment processes to suppliers and service providers.
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
- Liaise with External Auditor to ensure a clean and timely year end audit.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Accountant.
What You Bring:
- BA/BSc in Management, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Must be able to work on shift rotation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Presentation skills.
- Fluent in English oral and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sensitive to numbers and accounting policies.
- Good team player with ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Fast learner and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent time management. Focus on result and performance.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationship across business units.
- Be willing to take greater challenges as well as opportunities.
