The Learning & Development Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the property’s learning culture by coordinating, facilitating, and monitoring training and development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement Learning & Development initiatives in alignment with the resort’s strategic goals and Marriott International standards.
- Support training needs analysis and assist in developing annual training plans for all departments.
- Organize and facilitate onboarding programs, workshops, and employee development sessions.
- Maintain accurate training records, reports, and documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training effectiveness and continuous employee growth.
- Promote a strong learning culture across all levels of the organization.
- Assist with talent development programs and support performance management initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Training, or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and training management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
