                        The Accounts Clerk will be responsible to assist the Finance department in various accounting tasks such as processing invoice and financial entries on system, reconciliations, filing and other related duties. The person must be able to do muti-tasks, precise attention to details, planning skills and be a team player. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities 
- Process invoices and journal entries on the accounting software.
- Reconcile cash deposit per outlet with bank statement
- Perform various reconciliation in place and flag any discrepancies
- Assist finance team on daily tasks and support the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Assist Financial Controller as per allocated tasks and support during audits exercise (Internal and External).
- Support the purchasing process of ingredients across all locations/outlets.
- Liaise with suppliers and follow up on payments
- Manage filing, proper documentations and archiving of financial report.
- Perform any other cognate duties related to post
 
Requirements 
- Minimum HSC with Accounting and ACCA level 1 will be a plus
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with accounting software (Quickbook) would be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Honest, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
- Good communication skills, punctual and flexible in working hours
