We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of a busy and fast-paced dining outlet.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and consistent quality standards.
Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house and kitchen staff.
Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company operational standards.
Handle customer feedback promptly and maintain a positive dining experience.
Manage cash flow, daily reporting, and shift schedules.
Support marketing or promotional initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in restaurant, café, or quick-service management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Sound knowledge of stock control, reporting, and basic accounting procedures.
Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
Fluent in English and French; additional languages are an advantage.
Hands-on, reliable, and able to perform under pressure.
