DTOS is seeking a highly experienced Head of Technology to lead its IT and Cybersecurity functions. The role will set the enterprise technology vision and roadmap, strengthen resilience, and ensure compliance in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute DTOS’s technology strategy and operating model.
- Oversee enterprise applications, data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Drive vendor strategy, financial optimisation, and people development.
- Ensure compliance with NIST/ISO standards, Mauritius Data Protection Act, and FSC guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS/Engineering (advanced degree preferred).
- 15+ years in enterprise technology leadership, including 5+ in senior roles.
- Track record in digital transformation and large-scale ERP/CRM/BI/cloud projects.
- Certifications: COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF (essential); CISSP/CISM/CRISC, PMP/Agile advantageous.
