Naker, pearl powder supplement brand is seeking for a part time confident, engaging, and professional Beauty & Wellness Advisor to represent our luxury supplement brand in-store.

At Naker, we believe wellness starts from within. Our 100% pure pearl powder is rooted in ancient tradition, proven by modern science, and designed to support skin, bones, mood, and balance. We’re looking for a confident, engaging, and polished Beauty & Wellness Advisor to represent our luxury brand in-store, connect with customers, and bring our product story to life.

Your Role

• Welcome and engage customers, introducing them to the benefits of Naker.
• Educate on pearl powder’s role in skin, bones, and cellular health.
• Convert curiosity into first-time purchases and build ongoing loyalty.
• Maintain an elegant, on-brand counter display and optimal stock levels.
• Collect feedback, track sales, and share weekly insights with the team.

What We’re Looking For

• A confident communicator with a genuine passion for wellness and beauty.
• Must be fluent in both French and English.
• Previous experience in beauty, pharmacy, or wellness retail preferred.
• Professional presentation, punctuality, and a positive, proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently and create a welcoming customer experience.

What We Offer

• Daily base rate – Rs1,000
• Per sale commission – Rs100
• Transport allowance if applicable
• Monthly bonuses for achieving sales targets
