Our client, in the healthcare sector, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Biomedical Operations Manager to oversee biomedical operations across multiple sites.

The role will ensure that all medical equipment is properly maintained, compliant, and available to support clinical services, while also coordinating local teams and resources to deliver consistent performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce biomedical policies, standards, and procedures across all facilities.
• Coordinate maintenance, calibration, and lifecycle management of medical equipment.
• Ensure consistent application of standardized protocols for safety, compliance, and quality.
• Supervise and support site-based biomedical teams in their daily activities.
• Manage procurement planning, vendor coordination, and contract execution for biomedical services.
• Guarantee uptime and compliance of critical equipment (Operating Theatres, ICUs, Radiology, Imaging).
• Serve as the operational link between central strategy and site-level execution, reporting performance and escalating issues.
• Collaborate with clinical departments and facility management for seamless service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Clinical Engineering, Electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical engineering or biomedical engineering within a hospital setting.
• Proven experience in managing medical equipment maintenance programs.
• Experience with equipment acquisition, commissioning, and decommissioning processes.
• Good knowledge of medical equipment, functions, use and troubleshooting.
