With a vast knowledge of Indian cuisine and to have worked at fast pace reputable and luxury 5 star hotels as Indian Chef .

Must be competent in all aspect of kitchen paperworks, accurate ordering and adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards.

You are expected to deliver an outstanding culinary experience to our customers delivering top quality food at all times.

Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
• Hardworking, Self-confident individual who can work under pressure whilst maintaining agility and composure.
• Menu planning
• Recording food temperatures
• Preparing reports
