A Data Analyst who is passionate about turning data into insights. At Bilendi Mauritius, we’re growing our team and looking for Data Analysts who are ready to dive deep into data to generate valuable insights for our clients.

Role 
In a context of a strong development of our company’s data processing & charting business, you would be a part 
of an experienced & dynamic team, your role being to handle statistical analysis, reports design and continuous 
internal customers’ support. 

Responsibilities:

• Preparing the statistical reports requested by our customers

• Designing detailed reports based on the projects results and customer specifications

• Handling databases from early stages (fieldwork) to the final deliverables (data preparation, conversion, cleaning, crosstabs production)

• Following up on client requests and queries

Required skills/ attributes/ experience:

• A Master’s/ Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics along with a minimum 3 - 4 years of market research/statistical experience and understanding of the data processing role & principles

• Experience using statistical software like SPSS and R along with a strong accent on Microsoft Office Pack

• Transforming data sets, quantitative and qualitative analysis into compelling visuals • Expertise with charting and experience in data visualization software to create/ edit visual content including maps, charts, and graphs

• Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text and presenting results

• Meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to work independently to meet set goals and objectives

• An understanding of the online market research industry and related methodologies

• Fluency in both English and French with good communication skills

• Understanding team spirit and ability to work with the lead data analysts
