Tender Coordinator

Serveng Ltd is looking for a Tender Coordinator who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, ensuring compliance with requirements, preparing accurate documentation, and coordinating submissions within deadlines.

• Collaborate with Sub-contractors, and consultants on integrated M&E projects.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, preparing reports for management.
• Prepare, compile, and submit technical and commercial tender documents.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and technical inputs.
• Ensure timely submission of tender documents and maintain proper records.
• Supervise site works, installations, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Perform system calculations, equipment sizing, and material selection in line with project requirements.
