We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive SCADA Operator to join our production team.
1. Record Control
Ensure all returns are properly filled in and signed off at the end of each shift.
Update daily production and control records on Microsoft Teams.
Verify and sign off on Premix, Mixing, and Reception sheets to maintain accurate documentation.
2. Planning
Follow the daily and weekly production plan while adapting to changes as communicated by the Production Supervisor and Factory Manager.
Communicate promptly any delays or deviations in the production process to management.
Monitor raw material usage and stock levels, reporting shortages in advance.
3. Quality Control
Perform routine Grinding tests to ensure compliance with standards.
Ensure that production attendants carry out sampling at the required hourly intervals.
Support in troubleshooting process deviations and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
4. SCADA Operations & Manufacturing Support
Monitor and control plant operations via the SCADA system.
Adjust process parameters to maintain efficiency and product quality.
Identify alarms or irregularities in the system and take corrective action or escalate where necessary.
Support equipment start-up, shut-down, and cleaning in line with operational guidelines.
Collaborate with maintenance teams for troubleshooting equipment issues.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or technical qualification in Engineering, Automation, Process Control, or related field.
Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment, preferably in production control or automation.
Familiarity with SCADA systems and industrial monitoring tools.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work in shifts and under minimal supervision.
Good communication skills and a proactive mindset.
