• Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsto assess risks and propose effective solutions.

• Develop and deliver technical and safety training programs.

• Provide consultancy services on safety, maintenance, and compliance.

• Assess client-specific training needs and design tailored solutions.

• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and safety regulations.

• Prepare and maintain training materials, guides, and manuals.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

• Deliver on-site training and consultancy services, including technical assessments.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align training with company and client objectives.

• Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

• Be available for local and international travel as required.
