MAIN RESPONISBILTIES :

-Effectively control food and beverage cost.

-Master food and beverage for the hospitality department in terms of waste,pilferage and efficiency. 

-Supervise stock level across all outlet and warehouse.

-Check and verify voids on till system.

-Check and verify discounts on POS system.

-Check menu pricing and ensure correct prices are loaded on POS.

-Continously review method of control implemented for stock, cash management and provide suggestions for improvments. 

-Responsible for preparing Food and Bevarage Report and monthly sales report. 

-Carry out suprise spot checks.

-Assist HOD and your direst reporting in future projects and openings.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

-2 years of experience in similar position

-Previous experience as Bar Manager will be an advantage

-Well versed in Excel

REQUIREMENTS 

-Good communication skills both written and verbal

-Strong presentation skills

-Analytic mindset with attention to details

- A valid driving license preferably manual
