Velogic is looking for a HR Intern for a period of 3 months for one of its subsidiaries - Velogic Haulage Services Ltd.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Process Missing Clocking:
    Follow up on and rectify employees’ missing clock-in/out records in the attendance system.

  • Administrative Support:
    Assist with general administrative duties such as preparing documents, data entry, and maintaining records.

  • Filing and Documentation:
    Maintain and organize employee files.

  • Coordinate Welfare Activities:
    Help plan and execute employee welfare and engagement activities.

  • Monitor and Distribute PPE:
    Track Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) inventory and ensure timely distribution to relevant employees.

  • Employee Queries:
    Attend to basic employee queries and redirect to the appropriate HR personnel when necessary.

  • Monitor Attendance:
    Assist in monitoring daily attendance reports and flag anomalies for follow-up.

  • Other Duties:
    Perform any other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Qualification & Competencies
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Management, or related field

  • Good organizational and communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

  • Team player with a positive attitude

  • Available immediately
