We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Data Scientist with deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and agent-based systems. The Data Scientist will architect and deploy intelligent solutions that will power and smart decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Design, develop, and deploy of advanced machine learning models and intelligent agents for real-work business applications.
• Build agent-based and autonomous systems for automation, decision support, recommendation engines, and conversational interfaces.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into impactful solutions.
• Guide team members, sharing best practices and fostering technical excellences.
• Ensure robust data engineering pipelines and uphold data integrity and security standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, ML, and agent-based technologies and drive innovation across projects.

SKILLS

• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Proven hands-on experience with frameworks.
• Familiarity with NLP, transformer models, or conversational AI tools.
• Strong skills in SQL, ETL, data wrangling, and managing large, complex datasets.
• Experience in deploying, maintaining, and scaling AI/ML solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics.
• Relevant certifications in AI/ML, or Data Engineering are an advantage.
• A minimum of one year of one year in a similar position.
