Ecoasis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Industrial Engineer to lead and manage our growing Industrial Division. This is a unique opportunity to work with a passionate team of technicians specialized in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial boilers, heating systems, HVAC, and control systems.

As the Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising daily field operations, ensuring technical excellence, and driving performance within the team. Your role will be pivotal in delivering reliable, efficient, and sustainable industrial energy solutions to our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support a team of skilled technicians in:

  • Installation, verification, and commissioning of industrial boilers, heating systems, HVAC, and control systems.

  • Preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment and related infrastructure.

  • Troubleshooting of technical issues and system failures.

  • Handling intervention requests and managing emergency repairs.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational protocols, and quality requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to plan and execute projects on time and within budget.

• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to team members.

• Drive continuous improvement across operations and propose innovative solutions.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing technical teams in industrial environments.

• Strong knowledge of industrial systems including boilers, HVAC, and automation/control systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on, pragmatic mindset.

• Leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
