- Provide high quality personal training sessions.
- Conduct initial fitness assessments to understand Guests’ health status, fitness levels, and goals.
- Design personalized workout plans tailored to individual goals.
- Provide variations and modifications to accommodate different fitness levels and anypre-existing conditions.
- Create personalized fitness routines that assist Guests in reaching their fitness goals.
- Motivate and inspire Guests to stay committed to their fitness journey and integrate into daily routine.
- Monitor Guests on their fitness status and make changes to their individual fitness as appropriate.
- Conduct daily safe and engaging group fitness classes such as yoga, pilates, aqua, aerobics, stretching, or functional training.
- Give pre-session instructions and motivational techniques, lead and deliver group fitness and workout sessions.
- Offer guidance on proper use of fitness equipment and educate Guests on the proper techniques for all exercises to minimize the risk of injury.
- Provide positive reinforcement and support during challenging workouts.
- Ensure Guests follow proper safety protocols and enforce all Gym policies and safetyrules to reduce risk of accidents and to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
