The Customer Service Agent will handle customer queries related to the Courrier service.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Open and close dossiers and ensure that all related documents are filed and logged properly.
- Contact client for clearance, authorization or any changes related to their shipment.
- Do close follow up regarding hold shipment.
- Monitor all misrouted/ undelivered shipments.
- Call client for payment and overdue.
- Input Data of export shipments on UPS System.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Liaise and follow up with Operations department in connection with work done.
Qualification & Competencies:
- Higher School Certificate or any other qualifications acceptable to Management.
- 2 years working experience in Courrier and / or Freight Forwarding or related field.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills, both written and oral in English and French.
- Well versed with Microsoft tools (Excel/Word and PowerPoint).
- Dynamic and with a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
- Should be team player, creative, proactive, resourceful and demonstrate professionalism.
- Ready to work at odd hours and during week ends/public holidays.
