The Maintenance & Utilities Coordinator ensures smooth, safe, and sustainable operation of Evolis Properties’ buildings. The role covers maintenance planning, utility oversight, vendor coordination, and supports energy efficiency, compliance, and tenant satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certifications in facility or energy management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property maintenance coordination, utilities management, or facilities operations.
• Knowledge of building mechanical systems, sustainability practices, and health & safety regulations.
• Ability to analyze utility data and interpret performance metrics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property/maintenance management software (e.g., Yardi, CMMS).
• Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as travel to sites is required.
Working Conditions:
Primarily office-based, with regular travel to property locations for inspections, vendor oversight, and tenant engagement.
