The job holder ensures the fulfillment of production targets by reaching/maintaining the highest standards of quality, quantity, costs and deadlines established by the company

1. Oversee and coordinate daily Production.

2. Daily Management System and Improvement, contribute to plant's DMS.

3. Contribute to best Machine / Production equipment set up in order to maximise performance / TEEP1.

4. Quality and Food Safety mindset, ensuring highest level of safety and 5S across the team.

5. Performance Management and Communication: 

5.1 Lead with goals and objectives and communicate performance to the team.

5.2 Ensure optimized results in performance, scrap, blocking. 

6. Training and Development of Production Employees

7. Conduct / Participate in problem solving for recocurring issues or customer complaints. Handle customer complaints in conjuction with Quality. 

NOTE: Additional Requirements: Minimum 5 years's experience in an international manufacturing Company, preferably in Plastic Packaging as well as technical background.

Experince in process and product control (Green/Black Belt in Six Sigma is aplus).
