Leal & Co Ltd is hiring a Technical Insurance Coordinator for its After Sales (Body & Paint) department.
MAIN FUNCTION:
- Coordinate all activities related to accident-damaged vehicles.
- Liaise with insurance companies and customers on required repairs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Send pictures of accident-damaged vehicles to relevant insurance companies.
- Carry out proper verification of service quotes and submit to insurance companies within the agreed time frame.
- Assist insurance motor surveyors for the inspection/survey of accident-damaged vehicles and process any additional service quote if necessary.
- Ensure the accuracy of all survey reports received from insurance companies.
- Inform the Parts department of repairs to be done, parts needed and/or to be ordered.
- Assist the Quality Controller in performing a proper verification of all vehicles before delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Higher School Certificate
- Certificate in Automotive Mechanics/ Automotive Body Repairs/ Automotive Spray Painting or any other relevant qualification
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Good communication skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Familiar with repair manuals and parts catalogue
- Computer Literate
