Leal Energie Ltd – A member of Leal Group – is currently looking for an Administrative Sales.
The Administrative Sales shall provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department, playing a crucial role in facilitating effective sales follow-up and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare sales quotes, sales orders, and sales invoices upon request from the Sales Department and follow up on insurance.
- Liaise with the Office Attendant/Clerks for all outgoing dispatches, sales deeds, urgent letters, insurance certificates, and registration of new vehicles.
- Maintain close communication with leasing companies, insurance companies, and customers for effective sales follow-up.
- Assist with the data input of new vehicle orders on the DMS, ensuring that all vehicle specifications are precisely input.
- Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for new vehicle orders and other related correspondences, ensuring that all documents are easily retrievable.
- Assist with accommodation bookings, flight bookings, foreign currencies, and other services and facilities (e.g., telephone roaming) for the Chief Operating Officer and Managers on overseas travel or training.
- Liaise with suppliers for stock of stationery items, business cards, and letterheads, and prepare purchase orders.
- Participate actively in all sales and marketing operations, campaigns, and launches initiated by the company.
- Efficiently perform any other related duties as requested by the head of the department whenever possible.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum HSC or any equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years ‘experience in a similar position
