The Driver to CEO is responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for the CEO to and from various locations, ensuring punctuality and professionalism at all times. In addition to driving duties, this role may also involve providing personal assistance and support to the CEO as needed.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Safely and responsibly transport the CEO to and from appointments, meetings, and other engagements in a timely manner.
  2. Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, ensuring it is always in good working condition.
  3. Plan and optimize travel routes to minimize travel time and avoid traffic congestion.
  4. Assist the CEO with loading and unloading luggage, packages, and other items as required.
  5. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with the CEO and other passengers.
  6. Act as a trusted and reliable assistant to the CEO, handling personal errands, administrative tasks, and other duties as assigned.
  7. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information or personal matters.
  8. Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards to ensure the safety of passengers and pedestrians.
  9. Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs and servicing as needed.
  10. Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other relevant information related to vehicle operation.

Qualifications:

  1. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  2. Prior experience as a professional driver, preferably in a similar role with executive or VIP transportation (10 to 15 years).
  3. Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws, routes, and navigation systems.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives and other stakeholders.
  5. Punctuality and reliability, with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  6. Physical stamina and endurance to handle long hours of driving and occasional heavy lifting.
  7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  8. Attention to detail and a focus on safety and security.
  9. Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  10. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training or certification in defensive driving, first aid, or executive protection may be beneficial.

Working Conditions:

  • This role primarily involves driving and may require sitting for extended periods and occasional lifting and bending. Flexibility in working hours and occasional travel may be required.
