Workshop

At our Headquarters in Floréal, we have a fully equipped workshop where our team of specialist engineers and technicians carry out the configuration, installation, repair and maintenance of radio communication equipment. Our engineers are all qualified to recognized certification standards and attend manufacturers training courses on a regular basis to keep up to date with latest technological developments.

 

Servicing & Maintenance

AtComm servicing & maintenance services are all carried out by our experienced team of technical experts. We have developed years of experience in the two-way radio business by investing in state-of-the-art equipment management tools and also by investing in our talent resource to ensure that our technicians are fully trained in the latest servicing methods.

 

Mobile Team and On-Premises Support

AtComm has a fleet of fully equipped vehicles ready for intervention on customer sites to ensure a quick service turnaround time. These vehicles ensure that the customer gets the best service possible without having to dismantle systems or equipment thereby minimizing system downtime.

Repairs and Service

Our on-site specialist workshops are fully equipped with the latest test equipment to enable fast and accurate fault finding. Repairs are carried out to component level, using the latest state of the art surface mount component rework stations.

 

Only genuine manufacturer spares are used in the servicing process to ensure product reliability and sufficient stock levels of these are held to enable fast turnaround times.

 

As well as electronic repairs, aesthetic fixes are also carried out to give your radio an “as new” look should it be required.

Maintenance Contracts

A full range of maintenance contracts and services is available to ensure that your equipment meets manufacturer's specifications & to ensure ongoing reliable communications. These maintenance contracts can be tailored to each customer's requirements and can vary from an annual check at our workshops for portable equipment to regular site visits and testing of base station infrastructure. Hand portable radio maintenance contracts can also be provided with or without a parts replacement service.

 

Equipment Configuration and Programming

Modern radio equipment is feature rich and we carry out its configuration to exacting standards in conformity with manufacturer’s recommendations. We understand that each customer’s needs are different, so we take great care to ensure that equipment is configured exactly as per each individual customer’s specifications. This is achieved by giving the customer a good understanding of the available functions, then carefully configuring the equipment to their specification.

 

Bespoke Solutions

AtComm understands that not every solution is available “off the shelf” but with our in- house design team we are able to offer bespoke systems to fit your individual requirements. We ensure that we understand exactly what it is that you need, and we recommend a solution based on these parameters. Warranty repairs are carried out in our workshops or onsite with a fast turnaround time, to ensure that your equipment is back in service as soon as possible.

 

Spares

Spares are available with large stock levels being held for most major parts. If any item is not in stock it can be obtained rapidly from our suppliers via approved distribution channels.

 

Training

AtComm is committed to ensure that you get the best out of your equipment; therefore, training is available for both simple and complex systems. Training is customized to suit each customer’s requirements and covers all aspects in the operation of your equipment and any associated applications.

 

Training for systems can be carried out on customer premises or at our training facility based in Floréal.
