Overview

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Workplace Support Associate (Driver/Messenger) to assist with day-to-day operations, logistics, and office support tasks. The role involves driving staff when required, performing various errands, assisting in office maintenance, and ensuring that all workplace and logistical activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Drive staff and visitors safely for business purposes.
• Perform external errands such as bank visits, post office runs, document delivery, and
• collection of supplies.
• Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and servicing of company vehicles.
• Maintain trip sheets, fuel logs, and vehicle compliance.
• Support the setup and organization of meeting rooms and office spaces.
• Assist with office equipments relocation tasks.
• Ensure tidiness and orderliness of common areas, and report any maintenance issues to
• management (e.g., bulb replacements, minor repairs, furniture replacements).
• Support logistics coordination.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling company documents or errands.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence and certificate of caracter, with a clean record.
• Proven experience in driving, logistics, or general office support would be an advantage.
• Reliable, punctual, and well-organized.
• Good communication skills and professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Respectful, discreet, and trustworthy.
