Workforce Planning Analyst – Compass
Are you passionate about optimizing resources and driving operational efficiency? Join International SOS, a global leader in health and security services, as a Workforce Planning Analyst for our Compass platform.
What You’ll Do
- Define and implement workforce management practices across multiple platforms.
- Develop accurate forecasts and schedules based on historical data and client needs.
- Monitor call queues and staffing levels to meet service targets.
- Train teams on WFM tools and best practices.
- Partner with operations and medical teams to optimize resource utilization.
- Provide insights and recommendations through data analysis and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in workforce management within a call/contact center environment.
- Hands-on experience with WFM software and scheduling tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with telephony or omni-channel solutions.
