Workday Consultant or Senior Consultant – Functional

Role Purpose

We are seeking Workday Consultants and Senior Consultants (Functional with experience) to support full-cycle implementations, post-production optimization, and advisory mandates across a variety of Workday modules. Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience, must be available to work in the Eastern Time Zone (EST) and must be bilingual.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Consultants:

• Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering.
  
• Configure Workday modules in alignment with best practices and client needs.
  
• Conduct testing, training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
  
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and cross-functional design.

Required Skills

Profile Sought:

• 3 + years of experience with Workday Implementation in a consulting or enterprise setting.
• Hands-on expertise in one or more modules: HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Benefits, Compensation, Integrations.
• Strong experience with Workday deployments and/or post-production support.
• Workday partner or SI (System Integrator) background is a strong asset.
• Workday Certifications is Mandatory
• Fluent in English and French (an asset)
