Myjob is looking for a dynamic person to fullfil a new position as Product executive. This position is related to all technical aspect of the web site including new product realease, future development and bugs reporting but no programming as such is required.

Myjob is looking for a dynamic person to fullfil a new position as Product executive. This position is related to all technical aspect of the web site including new product realease, future development and  bugs reporting but no programming as such is required. A knowledge will be an advantage though.  All programing and technical aspect come from our IT team based in Ireland. The candidate will be responsible to communicate with the IT team directly to ensure the good and smooth running of the web site.

A good IT knowledge will be an advantage as well as working with international structure locally.

At least 5 years experience in a similar position.

Very good communicating skills and fluent in both French and english is a must.

A sense of development and creativity as well as living the digital world at full extend.

We consider this position as important and we are looking for a high profile candidate.

Some of the expected duties will be as follows:

• Responsible of the web site.
• Study every aspect of the web site and propose solution for better efficiency.
• Researching all new products ensuring they are benefit to our users.
• Implimenting all new project developed by the IT team in Ireland.
• Liaising with our development team in Ireland to ensure smooth communication.
• Attending weekly board meeting through conference call with team in Ireland.
• Testing and providing feedback to local management team on all new products.
• Giving support and training to internal staff as well as customers for each new release.
• To assist the support team for all technical problem and bring solution.
• To asisst the sales team for proper communication.
• Reporting all site related problem and escalating all critical bugs to our IT department in Ireland.
• Placing Adverts on related sites and helping the marketing team.
• Following adwords advertising with the marketing team.
• Communicating with clients.
• Visiting specific clients when necessary to understand their needs and attend acordingly.
• Communicating with our clients and candidates through Newsletter on a quarterly basis.
• Include technical follow up of our local system.
• Include few admin and Sales duties.
