ROLE PURPOSE
The purpose of the Warehouse Supervisor is to oversee our multi-temperature storage operations and ensure optimal inventory accuracy and stock availability. This role is vital to maintaining product quality across Dry, Moderate, Chill, and Frozen Stores and requires strong leadership, adherence to safety protocols, and seamless communication with internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics Management or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in Store Operations/Warehousing, ideally in food distribution sector
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Warehousing, Purchasing, Stock Management)
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
• Sound knowledge of stock management/ warehousing
• Basic knowledge of audit procedures
• Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices for managing dry and chilled goods.
• Holder of a Food Handler Certificate
• MS Office
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset
