We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, ensuring stock accuracy, efficient logistics, high service levels to stores, and strict adherence to safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure physical stock matches system stock at all times
• Secure high-value and sensitive items
• Prepare and dispatch store orders on time and in full
• Optimise labour and warehouse space usage
• Lead supervisors and warehouse operators
• Train, organise and enforce discipline
• Ensure all stock movements are correctly recorded in ERP/WMS
• Produce reliable operational reports
• Ensure a safe and compliant working environment

Experience :

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Management
• 3 years in warehouse or logistics operations, including team supervision

Competencies:

• Solid understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, dispatch
• Good knowledge of stock management principles (FIFO, stock accuracy, inventory control)
• Basic understanding of cost control and operational expenses
• Ability to track, analyze and report operational KPIs
