RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver an inspirational experience for the guests
- Serve food courses and beverages to guests according to Mystik established procedures and standards.
- Answer efficiently and effectively to guests questions on menu selections.
- Describe and recommend wines to guests and bring wine selections to tables by observing the appropriate process and standards.
- Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards at all times.
- To give a good service and be able to upsell at every occasion.
- Relay your own ideas and suggestions to the Manager.
PROFILE
Acceptable Qualifications from Hotel School (NC3 / NC4) –Restaurant/Bar
Minimum School Certificate
Minimum 2 years experience in sililar position
Fluent in English and French
Is creative and dynamic
Willing to work odd hours
Ability to work in a team
