D. Administration & Communication

  • Maintain regular communication with the volunteer pool via WhatsApp, email newsletters, and weekly meetings.

  • Oversee the logistical and administrative needs for volunteer activities (activity budget request, permits, materials, transport).

  • Report monthly on volunteer engagement metrics (numbers reached, hours contributed, and campaign impact).

  • Continuous update of Mauritius volunteer activities on Engagement Task sheet and ATM tracking sheet

Qualifications and Experience

  •  2 years in volunteer coordination, community organising, or people management within an NGO or civil society setting, plus hands-on experience running training programmes and managing volunteer/CRM databases. (Advantageous)
