Main responsibilities:

• Consults rooming list to take cognizance of work load such as number of rooms on arrival, departure and occupied;
• Consults special guests’ request list and plans service accordingly;
• Proceeds with cleaning and servicing of villa, rooms, terrace, other related areas and according to Hotel standards and procedures;
• Prepares bed and rooms/ villas for night Turn down according to Hotel standards and procedures;
• Ensures that all rooms and villas are ready prior to arrival guests;
• Prepares and cooks food for breakfast;
• Replenishes guest supplies, mini bar & room amenities.
