Coordinate with housekeeping, room service, and other departments to ensure guest expectations are exceeded.
Maintain detailed knowledge of the property, services, and local attractions to assist guests with inquiries and arrangements.
Ensure the villa is perfectly prepared prior to guest arrival and inspected daily for quality and cleanliness.
Handle guest complaints or issues with discretion, professionalism, and timely follow-up.
Prepare and deliver thoughtful in-villa amenities and surprises during the guest’s stay.
Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback to enhance future stays.
Promote upselling opportunities and hotel offerings in a discreet and guest-focused manner.
