Provides clean room/ suite/ villa to guests according to hotel standards and procedures.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proceeds with cleaning and servicing of all rooms/ villas/ suites and related areas allocated according to hotel standards and procedures.
- Prepares bed and rooms/ villas/ suites for Night Turn Down according to hotel standards and procedures.
- Ensures that all rooms/suites/villas are ready prior to arrival of guests.
- Prepare daily cleaning services to in-house guests.
- Replenishes guest supplies and room amenities.
PROFILE:
- Secondary Academic Qualifications.
- Previous experience in the field would be an advantage.
- Fluent in English & French.
- Should possess a pleasant and outgoing personality.
- Able and willing to perform odd hours of work including Sundays, public holidays and cyclonic days.
- Complaint Handling.
