Job Profile & Purpose
- Provide excellent customer service to BlueSky’s clients
- Sales driven and enjoys working towards set targets
- Display excellent business phone etiquette
- Provide clients with relevant and useful information for their forthcoming travels/holidays
- Implement Company’s processes within the agency and drive its adherence
- Engage with the clients to offer a tailor-made proposal while focusing on maximizing revenue
- Identify potential opportunities for up-selling of additional services when possible
- Keep clients up to date with any changes during the course of their trip
- Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, transfers and Visa
- Assist debtors as and when
Qualifications & Candidate Profile
- IATA diploma or any other relevant qualification in travel, tourism etc…
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in ticketing operations
- Working experience in travel industry and excellent knowledge of GDS
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
- Demonstrable ability to handle crises
- Be analytical and detail oriented
- Be flexible upon operational exigencies
- Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual)
- Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach
- Be a Team player
