Transport & Logistics Planner

RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist the Manager in preparing the daily planning sheets with allocation of vehicles - Check daily planning operations - Work in close collaboration with transport service providers

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check daily transport & logistics operations
- Work in close collaboration with our transport service providers
- Ensure a proper communication with our front liners as per guests/Tour Operators requirements
- Issuing of vouchers and instructions’ sheets per driver
- Organise and schedule servicing and repair of vehicles
- Control of log sheets and servicing of vehicles

EXPERIENCE:
- Min. S.C. holder with at least 2 years' experience in a DMC
- Proven abilities to prepare and supervise transport operations
- Knowledge of location of venues/hotels and distances across the island 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Team player, proactive & methodical
- Highly-customer driven
- Able to work under pressure and during odd hours (day & night, week-end, public holidays)
- 100% commitment
- Should reside in the Plaine Wilhems
