Transaction Advisory Analyst

The Transaction Advisory Analyst will assist the Transaction Advisory Manager to assess and lead the development of new projects and complex financial transactions of the Group, including M&A transactions.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Participate in the concept stage of project by providing relevant financial and non-financial inputs.
• Participate in the feasibility of project by preparing capital budgets, financial feasibility, performing risk assessment analysis and report on the financial performance.
• Participate in the due dilligence of financial transaction.
• Prepare complex financial model.
• Perform business valuation using different valuation techniques.
• Participate in the review and drafting of all relevant legal documentation.
• Prepare and present memo to the sub committes of the group.
• Participate in the negotiation with debt and equity investors.
• Lead the structuring and closing of complex financial transaction of the group.
