Shanti Maurice Resort & Spa is looking for an experienced Training & Development Coordinator.
Coordinate and implement the annual Training Plan in line with business objectives.
Identify departmental training needs and organise relevant learning programmes.
Conduct induction and onboarding sessions for new team members.
Facilitate internal training workshops and coordinate external training providers.
Maintain accurate training records.
Liaise with HRDC and ensure proper follow-up on training grants and refund procedures.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Support talent development and succession planning initiatives.
Coordinate internship programmes and liaise with Hotel Schools and training institutions.
Prepare training reports and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Minimum 1 year experience in Training & Development or HR, preferably in a 5★ hotel environment.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Education, or related field.
Familiar with HRDC procedures, training grant applications, and refund processes.
Strong presentation and communication skills (English & French).
Well organised, proactive, and people-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
