Traineeship - Sales Support

QBL is looking for a motivated and organized Sales Support Assistant (Trainee) to join our Commercial team. This role is ideal for a school leaver who is eager to learn and develop skills in sales administration, data analysis, and commercial operations within the FMCG sector.

The key responsibilities and tasks will include the following:

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team and Channel Manager.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, metrics, and routine performance tracking.
• Assist in analysing sales data by product (SKU), channel, and customer to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the follow-up of Purchase Orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Assist in handling credit note requests related to customer claims.
• Support the preparation and organisation of promotional activities and sales initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and well-organised sales records and filing systems.
• Assist in consolidating business and product performance data from multiple sources.
• Provide data and insights to support commercial planning, forecasts, and sales targets.
• Manage basic customer administration including contracts, new product forms, pricing updates, and customer listings.
• Support Key Account and Channel Managers by translating numerical data into practical business insights.
• Monitor basic market and competitor information to support commercial decision-making.
• Perform any other related duties as required.
