HR Consultant - Trainee (HSC Leavers with very good results)

 Job Responsibilities:

• Performing administrative and consultancy tasks;
• Handling phone calls, emails, and other communications, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems;
• Greeting visitors/clients and handling inquiries;
• Assisting in the recruitment process;
• Supporting the team as and when required;
• Assisting in marketing of our services;
• Calling clients;
• Assisting with the organization of events, meetings, and workshops
• Dealing with clients and building relationship;
• Performing other cognate duties.

Candidate Profile:

• Have very good results at HSC level;
• Strong knowledge of MS office tools; 
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French (written and spoken).
